iBaby Buttons is a fun and educational cause and effect app that can be customized with your own pictures and voice recordings.
Touch anywhere on the screen to create a button. Interact with the buttons by tapping them to reveal images and sounds. Tap the buttons again to “pop” them. Shake the device to hear a nice rattle sound and watch all of the buttons disappear at once. iBaby Buttons includes over 50 images and sounds. Parents can customize the app by adding personal photos and recorded sounds to create new buttons. Buttons can be turned on and off in settings to ensure that favorite buttons appear more frequently.

iBaby Buttons is designed with the youngest iDevice users in mind. There are no ads, in app purchases, or external links from within the app. Parents customize the app from a special settings tab. Special parent shortcuts are used within the app to make it easy for parents and difficult for toddlers to access the settings mode. Tap twice with two fingers from within the app to return to settings. Swipe across the screen (horizontally) with two fingers to change backgrounds. I use this app to help my baby learn faces and names of family and friends who live far away. I’ve customized buttons with each person’s picture, so when she taps the picture, she hears my voice say the person’s name aloud. PERFECT! I love that I can disable all the standard buttons for when I want her to concentrate on names and faces, or enable them when I want her to learn other things.

My daughter does not have the hand dexterity to use a lot of apps purposefully, but this app is great. she slaps at it and it provides her with nice cause and effect. she LOVES this app.
